| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Impossible | Some events will never happen because they are impossible. |
| Unlikely | Unlikely events have probabilities greater than 0 but less than 1 half. |
| Certain | Other events will definitely happen because they are certain. |
| Equally Probable | An event that is equally probable to occur or not occur is exactly halfway between impossible 0 and certain 1 on this scale. |
| Likely | Likely events have probabilities greater than 1 half but less than 1. |
| Probability | Number of favorable outcomes/ Number of possible outcomes. |
| Complement | The complement of a statistical event is the opposite of the event. |
