legislative branch.

senate. has 100 people 6 year term and v.p and pres pro tempo re.
house of representatives. has 935 people 2 year term and speaker of the house.
bicameral legislature. consisting of two houses as in a law of making body.
apportioned. to be disrupted as in the seats in the house of represtiives.
gerrymandering. the process of drawing congressional district lines to favor a political party.
expulsion. the removal of a person from an institution such as Congress for serious misconduct.
censure. the formal disapproval of the actions of a member of Congress by the other members.
sessions. meeting of congress.
caucus. an official count of the number of people in a country.
president pro tempo re. the official who presides over the Senate in the vice president absences
implied powers. powers not specifically granted to Congress by the us constitution that are suggested to be necessary to carry out the powers delegated to Congress under the constitution.
impeach to charge a government official with misconduct.
