branch a part that has a role within a larger organization
Congress the Legislative body of the US, made of the Senate and the House of Representatives
constitution a written plan for government
executive branch The branch of government responsible for carrying out and enforcing laws
governor the head of the executive branch in a state government
interpret to explain or determine the meaning of
judicial branch The branch of government responsible for interpreting and applying laws
legislative branch The branch of government responsible for making laws
president the title given to the chief executive and head of the government in a presidential democracy
Supreme Court the highest judicial court in a country or state
