Which drugs fall into the TYK2 inhibitors? Deucravacitinib (Sotyku)
Major risks of TYK2? Infection, avoid live vaccines
What is the general tx protocol for psoriasis? Start with topical options, then topical calcineurin inhibitors, then systemic immunosuppressants like MTX or cyclosporin
Cyclosporin warnings/ADRs? HTN, nephrotoxicity, tremors, gingival hyperplasia
