TermDefinition
mean the average of numbers in the data set
median sort least to greatest and the middle number
mode the number that occurs the most
range subtract the largest number to the smallest
IQR The interquartile range is the middle half of the data and is centered around the median
outlier A number that is much larger or much smaller in the data set
