| inner quartile range | repersents the difference between the 1 quartile and the 3rd quartile |

| mean | the average of a data set |
| range | a measure of varibillity |
| mode | the value the occurs most |

| mean absolute deviation | the varibillity of how spread out a set of data is |
| probability | the likelihood of an event |
| certain | the probilitty is 1 for certain you know it will happen |
| unlikely | this is lower then half but greater than 0 |
| likley | greater then half but less then certain |
| equally probable/equaally likely | half |
| impossible | this is 0 |
| complement | The oppistie of a value includes all the outcomes of an event |
