Environment The air, water, land, plants, and animals around us.
Pollution Harmful things in the air, water, or soil that make the Earth dirty.
Reduce To use less so we make less trash.
Reuse To use something again instead of wasting it.
Recycle To turn used items into new things instead of throwing them away.
Conservation Protecting nature and saving resources like water and energy.
Ecosystem A community of plants, animals, and their environment working together.
Climate The usual weather in a place over a long time.
Habitat The natural home of a plant or animal.
Climate Change Big, long‑term changes in Earth’s temperature and weather.
