CHRISTIANITY, JUDAISM, ISLAM - Religious groups of people claim to have holy sites in Jerusalem.

HUMAN RESOURCES -Are the people who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, or economy.
ANARCHY - Is the absence of political authority, rule, order or common purpose.
CAPITAL GOOD - A productive resource consisting of human-made materials needed to produce goods and services.
COLONY - A territory inhabited and controlled by people from a foreign land.
COMMONWEALTH - A self –governing territory associated with another country.
COUP - A sudden overthrow of a government by a small group of people.
EMPIRE - A land with different territories and people under a single ruler.
INITIATIVE - A petition process by which voters can put a proposed constitutional amendment on the ballot.
IMPERIALISM - An attempt to dominate a country’s government, trade, and culture
CONSTITUTION - A body of fundamental principles according to which a state is to be governed.
DESERTIFICATION - The loss of soil fertility and plant life
ETHNIC GROUP - A group of people who share a common culture and ancestry.
PHYSICAL FEATURE - A natural quality of the Earth’s surface that includes land formations and vegetation zones.
PULL FACTOR -A social, political, economic or environmental attraction of a new area that drew people away from their previous location.
STEPPE AND DESERT - Two dry climate types.
WEATHER - The short term changes in the air for a given place and time.
DESERTS –most of these landforms are at about 30 degrees North and South latitude.
