Wellness is the state of being in overall good health
Hunger is the physical need to eat
Appetite is a psychological desire to eat

Fasting or denying oneself food, has long term, has long been a religious custom
Values are items and ideas that a person or group considers important
Lifestyle is the way a person usually lives life
Peer Pressure is the influence that comes from people in a person's social group
Fallacy is a mistaken belief
Fads or practices that are very popular for a short time
Functional food are foods that provide health benefits beyond the nutrients they contain
stress is mental and physical tension caused by change
Agriculture is the use of knowledge and skill to tend to sail, grow crops, and raise livestock
Environment refers to such interrelated factors as air, water, soil, mineral resources, plants and animals that affect survival on Earth
Aquaculture this is farming to raise animals or plants that live in water
Hydroponic Farming involves growing plants in a nutrient-rich liquid rather than in soil
Sustainability refers to practices that either preserve or improve societal, environmental, and economic conditions for future generations
Fair Trade Products are goods for which farmers and workers are paid a reasonable wage
Technology is the use of knowledge to develop improved methods for tasks
Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO'S) are plants and animals whose DNA has been changed in way that does not happen in nature
Selective Breeding creating new species of plants and animals for thousand of years
