postdate to write a date on something that is after (at a later date) than the moment of writing
postwar Occuring after a war
postseason In sports referring to playoff games. Taking place after the end of a regular season
precedent a similar action or event that happened at an earlier time
prefix a word part or affix added in front (before) a base word or root that changes the meaning
prehistoric A time before recorded history
preposition A word that comes before a noun, pronoun or phrase connecting that word or words to the rest of the sentence
correction A change to make right or fix an error
director A person whose job is to make people and events go right- managing and guiding them
rectangle A four sided shape with four right angles
rectify To put something right or correct a problem
