What types of crime do Fed. Pros. handle? Interstate, organized, terrorism, and corruption.
Who are the lead law enforcement officials in community? District attorneys
Who are responsible for major trials? State attorneys
What level of prosecutors handle trial and prosecution of minor offenses? Local prosecutors
What are the different types of prosecutorial immunity? Absolute or qualified
