Flatworms lack body cavities, have one opening for gastrulation Ex: tapeworms , flukes , free living flatworms
Bilaterians have bilateral symmetry. Three Branches : Lophotrohoans Edysozoans, Deuterosomes
Cnidaria are radially symmetric, have two cell layers. Ex Jellyfish , corals , sea anemones
Vertrebrates have backbones
invertebrates do not have backbones
Deuterostomes have embryonic development , development of the anus. Ex echinoderms and Chordates
Ecdysozoanes have external skeletons that must shed for growth to occur. Ex: nematodes and arthropods
Lophotrochozoanes flatwords,mollusks and annelids
Cnidarians have radial symmetry, have two bodies
Bivalves most are suspension feeders
