High Temperture

TermDefinition
Thermostatic Located in the drain door. Drain and the area surrounding its's the coolest area in the sterilizer. The valve is where the air escaspe from.
MI (Mechanical Indictor) It's a Physical Indictor. it records the Temperature, Time, and Pressure of the machine. This monitor provides a visual and written records of the sterilization conditions.
Gravity Air Removal Sterilizer The Gravity is used to remove residual air from the sterilization chamber as steam enters. The process works because steam is less dense than air, causing it to raise and forces air through a vent. Operates of temperature 250F/ 121C
Dynamics Air Removal Sterilizers Air must be removed from the Sterilization chamber and the load. This can be achieved by using either a prevacuum cycle or a steam-flush-pressure-pulse (SFPP) method, which facilitates proper steam penetration. Temperature 270F to 275F (132C to 135C)
