Air mass definitions

Low Pressure Pressure that is lower than average
High Pressure Pressure that is higher than average
Climate An average weather pattern
Density How compact something is
Maritime An air mass that forms over water
Continental An air mass that forms over land
cold front A cold and more dense air mass
Hot front A warm, not as dense, moist air mass
Stationary front Non-moving boundary that is both a cold and hot front
Air mass Body of air that possesses temperature and humidity
