| tenacity | persistent determination |
| tenet | a basic generalization that is accepted as true and is used as a basis for reasoning or conduct; a religious doctrine that is proclaimed true w/o proof |
| tenure | term that a position is held; right to keep land or a job permanently |

| terse | brief and to the point |
| testator | a person who makes a will |
| testily | in a petulant(irritated) manner |
| thematic | relating to a topic of discourse |
