| amenities | a desirable or useful feature or facility of a building or place |
| aparthotels | a type of hotel providing self-catering apartments as well as ordinary hotel facilities |

| chain hotel | a group of hotels operating under the same brand or management, offering standardized services and amenities across multiple locations |
| concierge | a hotel employee whose job is to assist guests by booking tours, making theatre and restaurant reservations, etc.. |
| eco hotel | a hotel designed to be environmentally friendly, using sustainable practices to reduce its impact on nature. |
| group rate | is a special discount offered to a collection of travelers or guests who book accommodations or services together, typically resulting in lower prices compared to individual bookings |
| Hostel | an establishment that provides inexpensive lodging for a specific group of people, such as students, workers, or travellers |
| Hotel | an establishment providing accommodation, meals, and other services for travellers and tourists |
| market segmentation | the process of dividing a broad market into smaller, distinct groups of consumers or businesses who share similar characteristics, needs, or behaviors, enabling targeted marketing strategies |
| micro-stay hotel | Compact accommodation option designed for short-term stays |
| motel | a roadside hotel designed primarily for motorists, typically having the rooms arranged in low blocks with parking directly outside |
| peak days | the busiest, most active, or highest-demand days in a given context, such as energy usage, travel, or fertility |
| porter | a person employed to carry luggage and other loads, especially in a railway station, airport, hotel, or market |
| premium price | the percentage by which a product’s selling price exceeds or falls below a benchmark price, reflecting how much more or less customers are willing to pay compared to the market average |
| shoulder days | a travel period that falls in-between the busiest times |
| tourist destination | the place to which someone or something is going or being sent |
