The Three theories of dream: Freud, activation synthesis, and neurocognitive
What is Freud's theory for dreaming? Dreams show our internal suppressed desires, usually sexual or violent.
What is the Activation Synthesis Model by J Allan Hobson and Robert W McCarley? Internal stimuli triggers bits of memories and emotions into dreams
Which dream theory has the most evidence? The Neurocognitive theory says dreams are a mix of our inner worries, personalities, and interests done by normal thinking process. Made by Domhoff.
What is hypnosis? A state of extreme cooperation where another person can influence you.
Meditation: state of extreme concentration state of extreme concentration
