What is a genotype? What is a phenotype? Genotype is the organisms and alleles combo (one from each) and phenotype is what you can see
Who was Gregor Mendel and why was he important? Mendel was an Austrian monk who observed pea plants. He is important because found dominant traits and recessive traits. (Father of modern genetics)
What is pollen and how is it spread? It's the male part of the plant and sperms are carried in it. It spreads by wind, water and animals.
What is the difference between asexual and sexual reproduction? In asexual reproduction it involves one parent and is identical to it and in sexual reproduction it involves two parents and has half of each of their DNA.
The definition of this word is the process by which organisms inherit genes. How is it different from inheritance? Reproduction about offspring inheritance is about passing on genes.

What are courtship behaviors and how are they different from parental behaviors? Courtship behaviors are where an animal tries to impress a mate and parental behaviors are where an animal tries to ensure their offspring survives.
What is the difference between purebred and hybrid organisms? A pure bread is where it’s not mixed with anything and a hybrid is where it is mixed with other breed(s)
What is the definition of environmental conditions and list some beneficial examples. Environmental conditions are how the environment is where you live. Abundant food,water,air,space.
What are the four nucleotide base pairs and how do they align? Thymine,guanine,adenine,and cytosine. A,T and G,C
What advantages does asexual reproduction have over sexual reproduction? You don’t need a mate and its quicker more offsprings
What are the advantages of creating hybrid crops with selective breeding? You can try to get factors that you want in your crops.
