Corchete Cuando es punto cerrado
Parentesis Cuando es punto abierto o infinito
Dominio Conjunto de todos los valores de x
Recorrido Conjunto de todos los valores de y
Ejes cartesianos Sistema formado por dos rectas ( horizontal y vertical) que se cortan en un punto llamado origen
Ejes corrdenados Nombre tecnico de los ejes cartesianos ( eje de abcisas y eje de ordenadas
Eje x Eje horizontal o de abcisas
Eje y Eje vertical o de ordenadas
Variables Magnitudes que cambian, la x es la independiente y la "y" la independiente
Puntos de corte Lugares donde la grafica toca o atraviesa los ejes "x" o "y"
Minimo absoluto El valor mas bajo de toda la función
Minimo relativo Un punto que es mas bajo que los que tiene a su alrededor
Maximo absoluto El valor mas alto de toda la funcion
Maximo relativo Un punto que es mas alto que los que tiene a su alrededor
Monotonia creciente Al aumentar la "x" la "y" tambien aumenta
Monotonia decreciente Al aumentar la "x" la "y" disminuye
Monotonia constante Al aumentar la "x" la "y" se mantiene igual
Continuidad Puedes dibujar la funcion sin levantar el lapiz
Discontinuidad Puntos donde la grafica se rompe o tiene un salto
Simetria SI la funcion es identica a ambos lados de un eje (par) o respecto al origen ( impar )
