Adam Smith/ The Wealth of Nations british economist. His book outlines the basic ideas of capitalism. He claims the competition between businesses makes prices go down and products improve.
Laissez-faire idea proposed by adam smith. The force of competition (invisible hand) will run the economy better than if government interferes with it.
