Combo PI and 5A Mavyret (glecaprevir and pibrentasvir) Zepatier (elbasvir and grazoprevir) do not use with atazanavir or rifampin (PI interaction) Mavyret is taken with food, zepatier is not CI in decomp liver, chirosis test for RAS because fo -avir (5A component)
Combo 5B and5A Epclusa (Sofosbuvir and velpatasvir) Harvoni (ledipasir and sofosbuvir) RAS test for 5A (avirs) use in pts with liver damage because no PI DDI with amiodarone and antacids insomnia and weight gain
Combo 3/4A, 5A and 5B VoSeVi (velpatasvir, sofosbuvir, voxilaprevir) CI in hepatic dysfunction, RAS testing for 5A, CI with rifampin (3/4A), DDI with amiodarone and antacids so this is all the issues of the other ones combined
