| Beta Blockers | Indicated for Tachydysrhthymias and reflex hypertension caused by CCBs or SCBs |
| Non Dihydro(dipine) CCB | Verapamil and Diltiazem - Atrial Fibrillation and Atrial Flutter |
| Anticholinergic | Atropine, indicated for Sinus bradycardia and first degree heart blocks |
| Sodium Channel Blockers | Ventricular Dysrhtymias - Ventricular Fibrillation and PVCs |
| Catecholamines | Sympathomimetics like epinephrine are indicated for aystole. |
| SVT | Atrial Arythmia. Adenosine (fast IV push less than 8 seconds and 20 mL ns flush). |
| Digoxin | Heart Failure, A-Fib, A-Flutter, CHF, Cardiogenic Shock. Increases contractility and decreases HR works on NaK pump. |
