IDEA Individuals with disabilities education act ensures children with disabilities receive a FAPE tailored to their individual needs. IDEA guarantees access to specialized instruction and related services, prioritizing inclusion through the LRE .
ADA Americans with disabilities act is a civil law that prohibits discrimination based on disability. It affords similar protections against discrimination to Americans with disabilities. It is separated into 5 different titles that cover different areas.
ESSA Every student succeeds act is a 2015 replacement of NCLB, students still must participate in standardized assessments Provides more state control and a variety of means of accountability
