Habitat The place where an organisms lives: It supplies the organisms with food, shelter, moisture and temperature for survival
Inherited traits characteristics or attributes of an organism that are passed from parents to offspring
Learned behaviors something an organism learns as they interact with the world
Migration to move from one place to another in search of food, water, or different temperature
Offspring a living organism that is made when a plant or animal reproduce
Species a group of living organisms consisting of similar individuals capable of producing offspring
Structure a body part that does a certain "job" for an organism
Survive to continue to live or exist, especially in spite of danger or hardship
Adaptations Is a feature that helps the organism survive in its environment
Pollination To fertilize plants so they can create seeds, fruits, and new plants
Characteristics The specific, distinguishing features, traits, or qualities that define an organism, object or group
Internal Are organs, tissues, and parts inside a multicellular organism ( animals or plants) that work together to keep it alive, help it grow and allow it to reproduce
External These are parts found on the outside of the an organism that help it survive, grow and reproduce
Survival how living things are designed to stay alive in their specific habitats
Growth the process of a living organism increasing in size, mass, or number of cells over time
Reproduction the biological process by which living things ( plants, and animals) create new, similar offspring to ensure their species continue
Behavior the actions, reactions, or activities an organism ( animal or human displays in response to internal or external stimuli
Ecosystem a community where biotic organisms interact with each other and their abiotic surroundings. They depend on one another for survival
Camouflage a natural adaption where animals use coloring, patterns, or shape to blend in with their surroundings, making it difficult to spot
