limbic system emotional regulation like fear, anxiety, anger, aggression, love, joy, hope, sexuality
mesencephalon visual, auditory, balance "righting" reflexes
pons regulate breathing and skeletal m tone.
medulla controls VS like HR, BP, respiration
cerebellum regulate muscle tone and POSTURE/EQUILIBRIUM
