Estudio de una función

QuestionAnswer
Dominio Conjunto de valores de x para los que la función está definida.
Recorrido Conjunto de todos los valores que toma f(x).
Signo Intervalos donde f(x) > 0 (positiva), f(x) < 0 (negativa) o f(x) = 0 (ceros).
Puntos de corte Intersecciones con los ejes → corte con X → Y=0, orte con Y X=0.
Extremos Puntos máximos o mínimos (relativos/absolutos) donde la función alcanza valores más altos o más bajos en una zona.
Asíntota recta a la que la gráfica de una función se aproxima indefinidamente, de manera que la distancia entre la curva y la recta tiende a ser cero a medida que los valores de o de se hacen infinitamente grandes.
Continuidad La función se puede dibujar sin levantar el lápiz (sin saltos).
Acotación Si la función está limitada superior e inferiormente (acotada) o no (no acotada) en su recorrido.
Tendencia Intervalos donde la función crece (f' > 0), decrece (f' < 0) o es constante.
Curvatura Convexa "U" → boca sonriendo Cóncava → Boca triste
Simetría Par → simétrica respecto al eje Y, Impar → simétrica respecto al origen Ninguna.
