PREFER to like something more than another thing I prefer quiet roads
TRAFFIC the movement of vehicles on roads. I like my job, but I don’t like traffic.
SHOWER the act of washing your body under running water. I always drink a glass of water and have a shower.
SIMPLE not complicated; easy. I eat a simple breakfast.
CALM relaxed and not nervous or angry. I try to stay calm because traffic is often bad.
TIRED feeling the need to rest or sleep. Sometimes I feel tired, but I don’t stop.
SANDWICH food made of bread with meat, cheese, or vegetables inside. I eat soup or a sandwich
FINISH to complete something. In the afternoon, I finish work and go home.
GARDEN an area outside a house where plants grow. I sometimes sit in the garden or talk with my family.
NOISE loud or unpleasant sound. I don’t like loud noise after work.
