| COURAGE | The choice and willingness to confront agony, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. |
| EMBRACING DISCOMFORT | An indication of potential growth that can only be achieved by stepping out of the comfort zone, in order to overcome fear. |
| HUMILITY | The willingness to see yourself and your place in the world accurately. Having the ability to acknowledge personal mistakes and limitations with an open mind. |
| AUTHENTICITY | To be true to your own personality, values, and spirit, regardless of the pressure that you're under to act otherwise. |
