What is the fourth Amendment protects individuals against unreasonable searches and seizures by the government, ensuring the right to privacy in persons, houses, papers, and effects.
What is the fifth Amendment The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution provides crucial protections for individuals in legal proceedings, specifically guaranteeing the right to a grand jury for capital crimes.
What is the sixth Amendment guarantees rights to criminal defendants, ensuring a fair trial by providing the right to a speedy and public trial.
What is the seventh Amendment guarantees the right to a jury trial in certain federal civil cases (disputes between people or businesses, not crimes)
