| Acute Angle | Angle that measures greater than 0 degrees but less than 90 degrees |
| Obtuse Angle | Angle that measures greater than 90 degrees but less than 180 degrees |
| Right Angle | An angle that is exactly 90 degrees |
| Straight Angle | An angle that measures exactly 180 degrees |
| Complementary Angles | Two angles whose sum is exactly 90 degrees |
| Supplementary Angles | Two angles whose sum is exactly 180 degrees |
| Adjacent Angles | Two angles that share a common side and vertex |
| Vertical Angles | Angles that are opposite from each other when form by intersecting lines.... equal to each other |

| Bisect | cut in half |
| Parallel lines | never intersect each other |
| Transversal | a line that cuts through 2 or more lines |
