| What is the Albedo? | Reflectivity of a surface, lighter colors have a higher albedo while darker colors have a lower albedo |
| What is solar radiation? | Hits the equator mostly, causes warmer weather, when it leaves it starts to get cold because it starts to spread out. |
| what is Land/sea breeze? | Warms and cools faster on land while on the sea it is slower and it causes breezes. |
| what is the Corolis Effect? | Movement by air caused my Earth's rotaition. |
| what is the polar Easterlies? | Cold wind that from east to west. |
| what is prevailing Westerlies? | winds located between 30 degrees south and 60 degrees south as well as 30 degrees north and 60 degrees north. |
| what is Trade winds? | steady winds that flow from 30 degrees east and 60 degrees east. |
| What is the high pressure system? | air that doesn't make clouds which makes the sky and air clear. |
| What is the low pressure system | rising warm air the does bring clouds. |
| What is climate? | long term weather condition, they average with temps, rainfall, and vegitation. |
| What is weather? | day to day atmosphere change. |
| What is Rain shadowing? | the area of the average rainfall. |
| What is global warming? | slow process of heat of the earth over 100 years. |
| what is the cold front? | intense rain and thunder storms. |
| what is the warm front? | rain showers or long steady rains. |
| What is the rise of sea levels? | Due to climate change glacier melt and waters rise. |
