What does the team want to pitch to a nonprofit business? “Your team will want to pitch an outcome.”
What does a nonprofit business want? “The nonprofits are wanting to have your product or service succeed to ensure an impact, unrestricted funds to help them meet their mission.”
What is a business model/plan? a set of assumptions • a means to TEST and VALIDATE your ideas • meant to be iterated (revised over and over) • meant to be adapted
