QuestionAnswer
What is a thesis statement? A sentence introduction of an essay that states the writer's position or opinion on the topic of the essay.
What is a memoir? A form of narrative writing, written from the perspective of the author, about an important time in their life.
What is a central idea? The main message a writer wants readers to understand from a text.
What is Non-fiction? A type of writing that is based on real events and real people.
What is tranquility? The state of being calm and peaceful.
What is Pique? The feeling of irritation or resentment resulting from a slight, especially of ones pride.
