Indicate To pick or point out - Verb. Lee had gestured to indicate the kitchen and the rest of the house.
Tone The way authors express their personal opions about themselfs - Noun. Hey, I can't make it tonight—maybe we can grab a bite tomorrow!
Mood The emotions; how a reader feels when reading their experts - Noun. His moods swung from laughter to tears without warning.
Purpose The reason the text exists. It's what the auther hopes to accomplish - Noun. She said it on purpose to scare him.
Perspective A way of thinking or understanding something - Noun. You walk down the dark hallway, feeling a chill.
Audience People who actively engage with the text, and understand it - Noun. He demanded an audience with the Pope
Expository techniques Methods, and strategies used to explain, inform, or describe info in a clear, precise and organised manner - Noun. I used expository techniques to finally get my friend to believe ghosts wern't real.
Sylistic Of a concerning style, especially literary style - Adj. There was a decision made by her to go.
Closure A sence of resolution, or a conclution - Noun The government forced the closure of the facility.
Suspence A state or feeling of excited or anxious uncertainty about what may happen/ A build up to a senseful moment - Noun The suspense of whether the government will close my business, or will approve it got to me.
Adaptation The action or process of adapting or being adapted - Noun It is a process of adaptation, a habit earned with effort, pain, and hard-work.
Uni-cycle Riding on one wheel, Uni- one. The cirus had a contest to see who coud drive the unicycle the best!
