Study of the Amendments of USA Consitutuion

| 1st Amendment | The freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition. |
| 2nd Amendment | The right to keep and bear arms. |
| 3rd Amendment | There will be no quartering of soldiers. |
| 4th Amendment | The freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. |
| 5th Amendment | There is a due process. The right to remain silent. |
| 6th Amendment | There is a right to fair, speedy trial. |
| 7th Amendment | The right to jury and civil trials. |
| 8th Amendment | There will be no cruel or unusual punishment. |
| 9th Amendment | The U.S Citizens are entitled to things not listed in the Constitution. |
| 10th Amendment | The powers are reserved to the states. |
| 11th Amendment | One state cannot be sued by another state. |
| 12th Amendment | There will be a seperation of votes for President and Vice President. |
| 13th Amendment | There will be an abolition of slavery. |
| 14th Amendment | There will be rights of citizens. |
| 15th Amendment | The U.S. cannot present a person from voting because of race, color, or creed. |
| 16th Amendment | There will be income tax. |
| 17th Amendment | There will be an election of senators. |
| 18th Amendment | There will be a prohibition of alcohol. |
| 19th Amendment | Women have the right to vote. (1920=Women's Suffrage.) |
| 20th Amendment | There will be presidential term. |
| 21st Amendment | There is a repeal of prohibition. |
| 22nd Amendment | There is a limit of two terms for a president. |
| 23rd Amendment | Gave the citizens of Washington, DC the right to vote. |
| 24th Amendment | This abolishes poll tax. |
| 25th Amendment | Presidential succession. |
| 26th Amendment | The voting age is 18. |
| 27th Amendment | There will congressional pay. |
