| felicity (noun) | happiness, joy, bliss |
| incendiary (adjective) | a device or attack designed to cause fires |
| magnanimous (adjective) | generous or forgiving, especially toward a rival or less powerful person |
| morose (adjective) | someone who is sullen, gloomy, and ill-hearted, often appearing miserable, quiet, and unwilling to talk or be present |
| repartee (noun) | conversation or speech characterized by quick, witty replies |
| ubiquitous (adjective) | present, appearing, or found everywhere at the same time |
| venerable (adjective) | accorded a great deal of respect, especially because of age, wisdom, or character |
