| Term | Definition |

| ZAC | This is the app you will be using to answer calls and transfer, if needed, to another department. |
| This is the department we transfer the calls to when we need to submit a request for an update on an order that is not surgical related | Clinical |
| Scheduling | The department that can create a request for an authorization or referral for an Office Visit. |
| Referrals Department | The queue we can no longer use to transfer any call, unless the PCP or insurance is demanding to speak with them. No patient can be transferred to them. |
| PCP | Stands for Primary Care Physician, or Primary Care Provider |
| Patient Lookup | This will help you find, and create, a patient chart within eCW. |
| 30 minutes | The grace period a patient has if they are running late to their appointment |
| OMGCO / In-house Collections | This is the type of COLLECTIONS we can schedule before transferring to the billing department |
