a public or official announcement dealing with a matter of great importance proclamation

a short publication about a particular issue pamphlet

a short, catchy phrase to express an idea or opinion slogan
someone who suffers, or even dies, for their beliefs martyr
information that is biased or misleading in order to promote a particular cause propaganda
an introduction that states the purpose of a document preamble
the principle that all people in a society are expected to obey the law, and laws are communicated and applied fairly regardless of a person's status or position rule of law
