Central government The group that has political control over the whole government.
Republic A nation in which those who make the laws and run the government that are elected by the people.
Representative A person who speaks or acts for a group or community.
impose To set as something that needs to be done,followed,or obeyed.
Ordinance A regulation,law, rule or decree issued by a city or town.
Committee A group of persons chosen to give attention to a particular matter.
Amend To change or add to a law,contact, or other document.
Veto To prevent from taking affect.
Supreme Having the highest rank,position,or authority.
Delegate A person who is chosen to speak or act for others.
Constitutional Having to do with the constitution.
Unconstitutional Not according to the constitution of a state or country.
