Paragraph ways

QuestionAnswer
What is a paragraph? Group of related sentences that talks about one main idea or topic.
5 basic elements of it? Topic word, Topic sentences, supporting details about topic, unity, and coherence.
Topic? talks about paragraph
Details? sentence that talks about the topic that supports it.
End of paragraph? Conclusion that sums up the paragraph
Where is the topic at? Most of the time on top, but not all the time. Sometimes middle or end.
If there is no topic, what's it called? Implied main idea, meaning you have to find what the paragraph is about. Find from context of it.
Before the paragraph, what should you see on top of it? The Heading
What does the heading tell you? It gives a little headstart on what the paragraph is about
