amend To change or add to a law, contract, or other docuement.
veto To prevent from taking effect.
supreme Having the highest rank, position, or authority.
delegate A person who is chosen to speak or act for others.
constitutional Having to do with the constitution.
unconstituional Not according to the constitution of a state or country.
national Of or having to do with an entire nation.
