Process Hazard Analysis PHA PHA is a systematic, rigorous method for ID and evaluating potential hazards associated with industry process- HAZOPS used to ensure SCE in place. COMAH requirement.
FARSI- frequency, availability, reliability, survivability, inspection a comprehensive framework used to define and assess performance standards for SCE
FARSI- Frequency how often the SCE mist be tested or inspected.
FARSI -Availability the probability that the SCE is operational when demanded e.g 99.9% uptime
FARSI reliability the ability of the SCE to perform correctly without failure e.g minimal rate of false alarms
