Creating a new government.

What is the article of confederation. The first written plan of government for the US lasting from 1781-1789
what is central government. The group that has political control over the whole country
what is republic. a nation in which those who make laws and run the government are ejected by the people.
what is a representative. A person who speaks or acts for a group or community
what does impose mean. To set as something that needs to be followed, done, or obeyed.
what does ordinance mean a regulation, law, decree, or rule, esp one issued by a city or town.
What is the definition of confederation A group of states or countries that allow each member to govern themselves, but they work together for a common cause.
