House of Representatives Lower house in Congress. Representation is based on population
Inauguration Formal admission of someone into office

Popular Vote An act of voting by all people in a country or area
Preamble An introduction to a declaration, constitution, or official documentation.
Senate Upper house in Congress. Every state has two senators, regardless of population
Supreme Court The highest court in the United States. Decides if laws follow the Constitution
