Career maturity Using one's career path to make an informed career decision.
Career satisfaction The pleasure that comes from working in a career that allows one to use his or her passions.
Decision making process Offers a way to plan carefully, based on the steps for problem solving.
Monitor To keep track of the success of the career decision.
Self understanding The true knowledge about oneself.
Action plan A list of steps to a goal.
Backup plan An alternative plan.
Long term goals
Medium term goals Goals a person could expect to archive in one to two years.
Priorities The items of greatest importance on one's schedule.
Procrastination Delaying planning.
Roadblocks Barriers that may slow or stop the process of planning and time management.
Self motivation The determination to stay on track and avoid distractions.
Short term goals Goals a person could expect to achieve in less than a year.
Time wasters The distractions that cause a person to lose track of time.
