| Microscopic anatomy | study of small tissue, organs and cells that connot be seen with the naked eye |
| Mucosa | mucous membrane |
| mucous membrane | type of tissue that lines surfaces and spaces that lead to the outside of the body |
| Parital membrane | lining of a body cavity |
| peritonal membrane | lining of the abdominal cavity that protects the abdominal organs |
