Construct Validity how well a test measures a construct (morality/IQ)
Predictive Validity how well a tests predicts the behavior its supposed to
Content Validity How well a test covers all the content it's supposed to
Test-retest method retesting a person/group with the same test to see its consistency
Split half method splitting a test in half or in even and odd sections to see if they result in the same scores
Stereotype threat when individuals fear they may confirm negative stereotypes about their social group
Stereotype lift a performance change or boost by individuals after negative stereotypes are revealed about their social group
Flynn effect the rise in average IQ scores comes from our need to develop the mental skills needed to cope with modern environments
Intra-group varaibility differences or variations within a single group/sample
Inter-group varaibility differences between multiple groups or samples
Savant Syndrome a person with a disability who is able to peform/excel in other areas
