What is Stipulation 1? Notice + discovery requirements fulfilled, UNLESS dealing with 404, 405, 608, and 609.
What is Stipulation 10? Admissibility objections waived on 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 21.
What is Stipulation 11? Exhibits 1, 8, 17, and 22 are preadmitted.
What is Stipulation 15? MSDS found by digital forensic technicians on Martin's phone during a lawful search. Gives date of download.
What is Stipulation 18? Armstrong family filed a wrongful death suit against Selcov Studios prior to this trial. It was settled. Does not witness any witness testimony.
What is Stipulation 19? If Hartley not called, Exhibits 3 and 4 are pre-admitted.
What is Stipulation 21? All parties agree that Exhibit 32 (scoop) tested positive for trace amounts of Ox. Acid.
