Dissociative Amnesia Extreme memory loss that is caused by extensive psychological stress. Inability to recall important personal information, usually of a traumatic or stressful nature
Depersonalization-Derealization Disorder An ongoing or episodic sense of detachment or being outside yourself. Feeling disconnected from your body Feeling disconnected from the world
Dissociative Identity Disorder Requires two or more distinct personality states. People experience a discontinuity in their sense of self with changes in behavior, memory, and thinking. Usually also includes episodes of amnesia and often includes times of confused wandering.
Schizophrenia A psychological disorder characterized by severe problems in thinking, including hallucinations, delusions or loose associations.
Paranoid personality disorder a pattern of distrust and suspicion of others without adequate reason to be suspicious which causes dysfunction
Schizoid personality disorder a condition where a person shows very little, if any, interest and ability to form relationships with other people which causes dysfunction.
Schizotypal personality disorder consistent pattern of unusual behavior, odd speech, and magical beliefs (ex
Antisocial personality disorder When person consistently shows no regard for right and wrong and ignores the rights and feelings of others.
Histrionic personality disorder a condition characterized by a consistent pattern of pervasive attention-seeking behaviors and exaggerated emotional displays that causes dysfunction. Their self-esteem depends on the approval of others and doesn’t come from a true feeling of self-worth.
Narcissistic personality disorder unreasonably high sense of their own importance that causes dysfunction. They seek too much attention and want people to admire them. appear extremely confident but it is a mask for low sense of self esteem.

Dependent personality disorder an excessive need to be taken care of by others that causes dysfunction.
Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder s a mental health condition that causes an extensive preoccupation with perfectionism, organization and control that causes dysfunction.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder disorder characterized by chronic anxiety, exaggerated worry and tension, even when there is little or nothing to provoke it. The anxiety is very challenging to control.
Social Anxiety Disorder fear of being humiliated in front of others in one or more social situations.
Panic Disorder disorder characterized by unexpected and repeated episodes of panic attacks. The fear is around having another panic attack.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder disorder that develops in some people who have experienced a shocking, scary, or dangerous event.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts and behaviors that they feels the urge to repeat over and over.
Major Depressive Disorder At Least one of them has to be out of the first two listed. 1) Depressed mood most of the day. 2) Markedly diminished interest or pleasure in all, or almost all, activities most of the day.
Bipolar Disorder 1 mood disorder with alternating periods of mania/hypomania and depression. Defined by extreme manic episodes that last at least 7 days, or by manic symptoms that are so severe that the person needs immediate hospital care.
Bipolar Disorder 2 mood disorder with alternating periods of mania/hypomania and depression. Defined by a pattern of severe depressive episodes and hypomanic episodes, but not the full-blown manic episodes
