Cellular Respiration

Cellular Respiration How cells get energy from food.
Aerobic A process that uses oxygen to make energy.
Anaerobic A process that does not use oxygen to make energy.
Fermentation A way cells make some energy without oxygen.
ATP A small molecule that stores and gives energy to the cell.
Mitochondria The part of the cell that makes energy.
Glucose A type of sugar that cells use for energy.
Carbohydrate A food nutrient that gives the body energy
